There are a number of methods to create a saved search. In all cases, you will be ultimately led back to the Advanced Search page to edit or build your search and specify the saved search information.

New saved searches that you create are initially private (only viewable by you). To make your saved search public (ability to be viewed and shared by other users in your organization), see Sharing/Unsharing a Saved Search.
