Managing Passwords

The Batch Password Change page allows managers to change passwords for all users within their organizations designated as limited users. Limited users are allowed temporary access to AP Exchange (up to one week) for special circumstances. For instance, a manager can provide customers experiencing issues with their primary news delivery mechanism (examples: satellite or FTP) with limited user access until their issues are resolved. When the access time expires, the manager resets the password, forbidding prolonged AP Exchange use.

To access the Batch Password Change page:

Click Manage in the Navigation bar; then click Manage Passwords at left.

To reset the password for all limited users:

Enter the new password in both boxes; then click Change Passwords. When the warning message appears, click OK.
