To limit the number of users displayed on the User management page:
Specify information in one or more Advanced Search filter boxes; then click Search.

The search results must satisfy ALL specified criteria. The example above illustrates a search for all inactive users that were assigned with the WebSiteUser role and were created up to one week ago.
The search filters are:
First Name / Last Name |
Enter the full or partial first and/or last name of the user(s). Use the wildcard (*) character to enter a partial name (for example, Whit* or Pet*). |
Login |
Enter the full or partial user name (e-mail address) of the user(s). Use the wildcard (*) character to enter a partial entry (for example, ckent@* or olsen3*). |
Roles |
Select the role of the user(s):

Create Date |
Select how long ago the users were created (Any time, 48 hours, 1 week, 30 days, 90 days, Current year). |
Status |
Select the user account status:
