Setting E-mail Notification and WebFeed Delivery

The Manage MyLocal Company Notification/Web Feeds section allows you to set e-mail notifications (My Local Companies alerts) or AP WebFeed deliveries for all stories relating to your displayed company tickers.

To set alerts or WebFeeds for your displayed tickers:

  1. Click Manage Notification/WebFeed.
    Result:     The management section appears at top.

  1. Perform ONE or BOTH of the following actions:

Set alerts

Select the Notify Me option. If necessary, update the e-mail address(es). Separate multiple e-mail addresses with a semi-colon.

Set WebFeeds

Select the AP WebFeeds option.

Note: Click Cancel or icon_collapse_UM.gif to abort or close the management section.

  1. Click Save.
    Result: When AP WebFeeds is selected, a saved search is generated for the My Local Companies data and its ID is displayed.
